He has competed at major conventions including the All Stars Tattoo Convention, Empire State Tattoo Convention, and The New York Tattoo Convention, earning 1st place for Large Color at The New York Tattoo Convention and 2nd place for Color at the Empire State Tattoo Convention. Originally from Mexico, Armando has taught more than 7 seminars in his home country and will be joining Icons & Prodigies Venice as a guest artist on November 14-15, 2026.
